Club Pilates Windermere - Fitness Sales Associate/Front Desk

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and customer service with a consistent drive to grow the business. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping our current members as well as getting new ones started with our studios.

Duties

• Greet members warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
• Maintain an organized, clean and visually appealing studio.
• Building rapport to drive sales and process sales transactions accurately.
• Contacting prospects to help drive interest to attending and joining our studio.
• Performing daily tasks (calls, emails, texts).
• Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding memberships, classes, schedules, equipment, policies, etc.
• Handle member and prospect inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure member and prospect satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Build upon a positive work culture and environment.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on sales techniques and performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is very much preferred.
• A passion for fitness and/or a healthy lifestyle.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
• A proactive approach to to help drive revenue in the studio.

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour + Commission

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Shifts:

• 4-6 hour shifts weekdays
• 8 hour shifts on weekends
• Afternoon shift
• Evening shift
• Limited weekday mornings available

Work days:

• Weekdays
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
